Petrol Head Heaven Weekend - congratulations to Karly & Tony Johns from Lower Hutt

Karly booked the “Petrol Head Heaven” weekend online via www.millenniumhotels.com and has won the cost of her package back. Plus tickets to the ‘NZ Super Trucks’ at Manfield.

The weekend was a surprise for Tony's birthday, and Karly managed to keep it quiet until they got into their room. Waiting for them was a gift voucher for their nights’ accommodation including breakfast plus tickets to Manfeild for the Truck Shakedown.

Karly said “Tony was blown away. We got to Manfeild, and although the weather was dodgy we had a great day in the corporate box eating, drinking, and putting 50 cent wagers on the cars”.

Tony and Karly definitely came out the winners collecting on several races. The Kingsgate Hotel Palmerston North had snuck out a Birthday cake and at lunchtime, lit the candles and sang Happy Birthday. It's going to take a lot to beat that one Tony when it's Karly's Birthday!

Terms & Conditions: The Twelve 12 Days of Christmas Celebration

These terms and conditions are deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of entry to this competition. By entering into this competition, all entrants are deemed to agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. For ease of reference, it is recommended that you read these terms and conditions and retain a copy for your reference.

Entry is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 18 years only. Employees of Millennium Hotels and Resorts and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. One entry per reservation. To qualify, reservations must be made through www.millenniumhotels.com for stay at a Millennium, Copthorne or Kingsgate Hotel in New Zealand before the 31/01/2007. There is no limit to the number of entries provided all entries comply with these terms and conditions. Entry is free and all confirmed reservations made between 16/12/2006 and 22/12/2006 will be recorded on an electronic database. The database will be compiled between 9.00am and 5.00pm each day.

The promotion closes at 5.00pm on 22/12/2006. The prize draw will be made at 6.00pm on 22/12/06 and the first 12 valid entries randomly drawn from the electronic database will be awarded the Prize. All valid entries are eligible for each Prize draw. Winners acknowledge that their name and town or city, may be published on the internet via www.millenniumhotels.com/twelvedays

Millennium Hotels and Resorts collects and holds personal information provided with each entry, such information to be used for the purposes of the promotion and to notify prize winners and to verify their identity. Prize is in the form of a voucher entitling the winner to dinner for themselves and eleven other persons at the Millennium, Copthorne or Kingsgate Hotel Restaurant closest to their place of residence. The dinner is to consist of three courses (entrée, main and dessert course) with the menu and selections to be advised by the hotel's executive chef. Included as part of the prize are a pre-dinner drink (either a glass of sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic beverage) and up to six bottles of red and / or white still table wine may be provided upon request which are to be served with and consumed during the dinner. The type and amount of wine(s) are to be selected by the winner prior to the dinner from a list of wines to be provided by the hotel and the hotel reserves the right at its sole discretion to select which wines form part of the list. Winners will not be able to request or demand substitutions or amendments to the wine list or menu provided to them by the hotel. Other beverages which may be consumed at the dinner are not included as part of the prize and must be paid for on departure. The prize value is $500 and no part of the prize is transferable or can be exchanged for cash or substitute goods or services and Millennium Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to substitute the prize or any part of it with that of similar value without prior notice. Where there is more than one hotel in the winner's place of residence, then the winner may select from the relevant hotels. Winners will be required to make reservations as per the instructions on the voucher as reservations to redeem the prize cannot be made online, by telephone or to the hotel(s) directly. The prize must be redeemed before the 31/07/07. The hotel does not guarantee that a function area is or will be available on any given date.

Winners will be notified by either or any of e-mail, telephone depending on the contact details they have provided as part of their reservation. If Millennium Hotels and Resorts is unable to contact the winner using all reasonable efforts after a period of three days after a draw has taken place, then the winner's entry will be declared invalid and Millennium Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to randomly draw a new winner of that prize from all remaining eligible entries on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.

Prize winners agree to be available for reasonable publicity purposes without compensation including, but not limited to, photographs and interviews. Winners acknowledge that their name and town or city, may be published in magazines and on the internet.

Transport to and from the hotel and all incidental expenses therein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Millennium Hotels and Resorts does not condone the excessive consumption of alcohol or driving while intoxicated and the prize winner must take appropriate measures to ensure that they and their guests are able to enjoy themselves responsibly and get to and from home safely. The winner may be required to complete an indemnity in favour of Millennium Hotels and Resorts relating to liability arising from use or participation in the prize. Neither Millennium Hotels and Resorts, nor its employees and associated agencies and companies shall be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any injury, loss or damage however caused or sustained and including (without limitation) any indirect or consequential loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, use of the prize or this promotion.

Terms and Conditions for Copthorne Auckland Hotels Function offer

Offer only applies to functions booked by an Organiser between the period from 16/11/06 to 16/12/06 for a party of minimum 20 persons. Function must be held prior to the 20th December 2006. The function must include dinner for the whole party in one of the function rooms at the Copthorne Hotel Auckland HarbourCity or the Copthorne Hotel Auckland Anzac Avenue. The hotel does not guarantee that a function area is or will be available on any given date.

The free night offer for the Organiser is for one night's stay at the hotel at which the function is booked, to be taken on the night of the function. The reservation will be made in the name of the Organiser, is subject to availability and is not transferable.
